MEDIA DESIGN | On growth and form

In a one-week workshop, the students deal with the concept and manifestation of Module, Proportion, Symmetry and Rhythm. The task is to design a "growing" space structure that is derived from a variable basic element and configured according to specific rules. The such generated modular structure obtains a rhythmic vitalization through variation of its separate parts and through different lighting conditions.
